opposites
Hmm.
This is weird:
I should be exhausted. I haven't had a day of in, well, going on 22 days, but I still have energy. (No worries, friends, I'm going on vacation soon!)
Kickboxing rocks - and it's giving me more energy than I should have.
But I think it's the writing, too. This new project just feels right, which gives me even more energy than exercise.
So... working harder means more energy? How does that work?

I don't know why, but regular exercise does give you more energy. When I was in grad school, I would do Tae Bo every morning at 6 am, go to school and teach all day, work my part-time job at night, walk for an hour at night, and stay up until at least 1 am every night either writing papers or grading them! Thinking back on it, I don't know how I did it. I can't even stay up much past 11:00 these days.
And aerobic kickboxing does rock! I wish I could find a good class here. And someone to go with. I lack the motivation alone. =O)
